No Helmet Proposal in Missouri

Missouri just approved a proposal that allows riders over the age of 21 to drive without a helmet.

Supporters claim the proposal is an issue of personal freedom and adults having the opportunity to make their own decisions. Opponents argue this “freedom” of choice is an endangerment for riders and drivers that could end in potential injuries or death.
